Foundation course focuses on the ITSM Lifecycle covering Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation and Continuous Service Improvement and the associated processes and functions.

ITIL V2 to V3 Bridging Class
Highlights the differences between ITIL Version 2 and Version 3 and provides an overview of the IT Service Management Lifecycle. NOTE: ITIL Version 2 Foundation certification is a prerequisite.

ITIL V2
ITIL V2 Foundation training is still relevant, even with the advent of ITIL V3. This course coupled with the V2-V3 Foundation Bridge class may be a more appropriate training option for implementation, operations and service desk staff than the ITIL V3 Foundation class because it focuses on in more depth on processes specific to design, transition and support.

Intermediate Certification Courses

CPP's Accredited IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Intermediate Certification Courses offer a more detailed understanding of the ITIL Version 3 process areas which in turn helps you be more effective within your organization. Courses provide credits to help you along your road to ITIL Expert and Master Certifications.
Prerequisite: ITIL V3 Foundation Certification

Release, Control & Validation (RCV)
The RCV certification preparation course is designed for IT Professionals that want a more in-depth understanding and are leaders within the Change Management, Release and Deployment Management, Service Validation and Testing, Service Asset or Configuration Management lifecycle phases.

Operational Support and Analysis (OSA)
The OSA certification preparation course is designed for IT Professionals that are leading, building, enhancing or supporting the Event, Incident, Problem and Access Management or Request Fulfillment processes or require a deeper understanding in an effort to reduce costs while improving service levels and operational efficiencies.
