Valerie Arraj has over 20 years of information technology experience as a technical architect, process architect, and project manager with expertise in the following areas: ITSM (IT Service Management) strategies, ITIL® (IT Infrastructrure Library) processes, NSM (Network and System Management) solutions, database design/data warehousing, web-based applications, and application development.
Over the past several years, Ms. Arraj's specific concentration has been in ITSM/ITIL and enterprise service management reporting including data warehousing , data management, and the development of supporting applications. She has authored white papers, delivered seminars and training on various aspects of IT management.
Prior to founding Compliance Process Partners, Ms. Arraj was the global practice director of the ITSM consulting and educational practice for InteQ corporation where she delivered strategic service management consulting to C-level corporate leaders and their IT organizations.
